The Capital Area Soccer Referee Association (CASRa) is a sub-chapter of US Soccer Federation referees affiliated with the Eastern Pennsylvania Soccer Association Referee Committee. (EPSARC)  

Located in central Pennsylvania, CASRA serves referees throughout the mid-state area.  Our main focus is to:

• Train new referees,
• Provide updates and training to certified referees,
• Mentor young referees,
• Advocate for members by presenting referees' concerns and issues to local soccer leagues and assignors,
• Assist in the completion of the annual certification process by providing testing opportunities.

Join CASRA

Annual dues are payable each year at the November certification meeting.  Dues are $5.00/yr for all members.

If you miss the November meeting, you can join by sending your name, date of birth, address, telephone number and e-mail address along with a check made payable to CASRA for the amount of your dues to:
